Kenneth holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Environmental Engineering and Management from Kyambogo University and a Post graduate Diploma in project planning and management from the Uganda Management Institute. He has an International General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safet by NEBOSH and a Lead Risk Manager by Professional Evaluation and Certification Board (PECB). He is a NEMA Certified Impact Assessor with over 12 years’ experience in environmental monitoring and management, construction health and safety and Risk Management. He has coordinated water quality monitoring and bathymetric survey regimes; advised on compliances to environmental regulations and permitting requirements, developed method statements, management plans as well as implementing best management practices for environmental impact monitoring. He has also been deeply involved in HIV/AIDS awareness and prevention campaigns, Voluntary Counseling and Testing outreaches as well as gender sensitization, monitoring, and reporting.
Having worked with several donor aided projects such as the New Nile Bridge Project Agago-Achwa Hydro Power Plant and Kampala Flyover Project, he is well abreast with funder requirements and ensuring that projects adhere to international standards and best practices.
