Adam leads all social studies at Tenvicon. His 25+ years’ experience includes leading multidisciplinary teams in planning, implementing and producing deliverables of: baseline surveys, mid-term and final evaluations of development programs and projects; social impact assessments; resettlement action planning; social audits; institutional strategic analysis, political economy analysis of development projects and programs; cultural analysis of development projects and programs; rapid community appraisals and action research. Facilitating stakeholders affected by prospective and actual development interventions to develop: social management plans; resettlement action plans; institutional strategic plans; local economic development programs; and social development programs. He has led social safeguards assessments for the Makuutu Rare Earth Project, the Northern Eastern Road Corridor Asset Management Project (NERAMP), Orom-Cross Graphite project, Green Hydrogen Fertilizer project and many others. He holds an Interdisciplinary Master of Philosophy in Social Studies from Makerere University.
