Contracted for two years to provide full ESHS staffing (environmental specialists, safety engineer, sociologist, site nurse), environmental and safety planning, baseline ecological assessments, and quarterly monitoring.
The result
Delivered Environmental Management Plans and quarterly monitoring reports covering fauna, flora, air quality, noise, water quality, alongside HIV/AIDS awareness and gender mainstreaming activities.
